Creating a Voice Agent

Navigate to Agents

Go to DashboardAgentsNew Agent

Configure Identity

  • Name: Give your agent a descriptive name
  • Description: Explain the agent’s purpose
  • Language: Select from English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese

Select Voice

Browse the ElevenLabs voice library and preview voices before selecting

Configure LLM Settings

  • Temperature: 0.0-1.0 (lower = more consistent, higher = more creative)
  • Max Tokens: Control response length

Set Prompts

  • First Message: What the agent says when answering
  • System Prompt: Detailed behavior instructions
